Meet any one of the following:

• • Attained a minimum mean grade of C+ at K.C.S.E
• • A holder of Kenya Advanced Certificate of Education (KACE) with 2 principal passes
• • Holders of a Diploma from an institution recognized by the University Senate
• • A holder of a Bachelor's degree from an institution recognized by the University Senate

Meet any one of the following:

• • Holder of a Master's degree of Garissa University or equivalent from a recognized University
• • Applicant must show the ability to undertake academic research by having written a thesis/dissertation/project at Masters level
• • Acceptance by the department of a concept paper of at most 1000 words stating the applicant's purpose and goals of research study
• • Proof of English proficiency is required for students from non-English speaking countries

Meet any one of the following:

• • Holder of a Master's degree of Garissa University or equivalent from a recognized University
• • Applicant must show the ability to undertake academic research by having written a thesis/dissertation/project at Masters level
• • Acceptance by the department of a concept paper of at most 1000 words stating the applicant's purpose and goals of research study
• • Proof of English proficiency is required for students from non-English speaking countries

Meet any one of the following:

• • Holder of a Bachelor's degree with at least upper division of Garissa University or institutions recognized by Garissa University Senate
• • Holder of a Bachelor's degree with lower division honours and at least two years' relevant experience after award of the degree or one research publication in a relevant field
• • Holder of a Bachelor's degree with Pass and experience of not less than five years after award of the degree or with a postgraduate diploma

Meet any one of the following:

• • Hold a Bachelor's degree of GaU or equivalent with at least second upper classification
• • Holder of a Bachelor's degree with second lower classification and at least two years relevant experience after award of the degree or one research publication in a relevant field
• • Holder of a Bachelor's degree with Pass and experience of not less than five years after award of the degree or with a postgraduate diploma

Meet any one of the following:

• • Holder of a Bachelor's Degree recognized by the University Senate as a prerequisite for the Postgraduate Diploma in Peace, Security and Conflict Management
• • Holder of qualifications considered by the Senate to be equivalent to a university degree

Meet any one of the following:

• • Attained a minimum mean grade of C+ at K.C.S.E, with C+ in Mathematics and a C (plain) in English or Kiswahili
• • Holders of a Diploma in Economics or relevant field

• • Holders of a Diploma in Business studies, Procurement, Human Resources or relevant field

Meet any one of the following:

• • Attained a minimum mean grade of C+ at K.C.S.E
• • Diploma in Human Resources, Public Relations and Business Management and any other relevant areas

Meet any one of the following:

• • Holder of Master's degree of Garissa University or equivalent in any of the following disciplines: Business Management, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Economics, Procurement, Commerce etc.
• • Holder of a relevant Master's degree recognized by the GaU Senate
• • Applicant must show the ability to undertake academic research by having written a thesis/dissertation/project at Masters level
• • NOTE: Holders of executive degree programmes DO NOT qualify

Meet any one of the following:

• • Holder of a bachelor's degree in business or commerce with at least second-class upper honours from a university recognized by GaU
• • Holder of a Bachelor's degree in business or commerce with second class lower honours with two (2) years working experience
• • Holder of a Bachelor's degree in any discipline with at least second-class lower honours with three (3) years managerial experience

• • Holders of a Diploma in Political Science, Public Administration, Diplomacy, International Relations or relevant field

• • Attained a minimum mean grade of C+ at K.C.S.E and C+ in two teaching subjects
• • Holders of a Diploma in Education (Arts Subjects) with C+ in two teaching subjects

Meet any one of the following:

• • Attained a minimum mean grade of C+ at K.C.S.E and C+ in two teaching subjects
• • Holders of a Diploma in Primary or Early Childhood Education and a P1 certificate from a recognized institution

Meet any one of the following:

• • Attained a minimum mean grade of C+ at K.C.S.E and C+ in two teaching subjects
• • Holders of a Diploma in Education (Science Subjects) with C+ in two teaching subjects

Meet any one of the following:

• • Holder of a Master of Education degree of Garissa University or equivalent from a recognized University
• • Must have taken at least four (4) courses in Curriculum Studies at Masters level
• • Must show ability to undertake academic research by having written a thesis/dissertation at Masters level
• • Acceptance by the department of a concept paper of not more than 1000 words
• • Proof of English proficiency required for students from non-English speaking countries

Meet any one of the following:

• • Holder of a Master of Education degree of Garissa University or equivalent from a recognized University
• • Must have taken at least five (5) units at Masters level in educational management/administration/leadership
• • Must show ability to undertake academic research by having written a thesis/dissertation at Masters level
• • Acceptance by the department of a concept paper of not more than 1000 words
• • Proof of English proficiency required for students from non-English speaking countries

Meet any one of the following:

• • Hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as BSc/BA in Geography, BSc in Earth Sciences and Bachelor of Education with Geography as a specialization

• • Hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as BA in Community Development, Development Studies or equivalent Social Sciences

• • KCSE with a minimum aggregate of C+, and C+ in Agriculture/C plain in Biology and C plain in Chemistry, and C plain in any of Mathematics/Physics/Geography or Physical sciences
• • Holder of Diploma with a minimum of credit in a subject related to Agriculture, Environmental Studies, Applied Biology or any other related discipline from an institution recognized by the University Senate
• • Holder of a relevant Bachelor's degree from an institution recognized by the University Senate
• • Holder of Kenya Advanced Certificate of Education (KACE) with 2 principal passes

Meet any one of the following:

• • KCSE with a minimum aggregate of C+, C+ in Biology and C+ in Chemistry/Mathematics/Physics
• • Holder of a relevant Diploma in Animal Production, Animal Health or any other related discipline from an institution recognized by the University Senate
• • Holder of a Bachelor's degree from an institution recognized by the University Senate
• • Holder of Kenya Advanced Certificate of Education (KACE) with 2 principal passes

Meet any one of the following:

• • Attained a minimum mean grade of C+ at K.C.S.E and C+ in Biology, Chemistry, Mathematics/Physics and English/Kiswahili
• • Holders of qualifications equivalent to the above, certified by Nursing Council of Kenya and from institutions recognized by Garissa University Senate

Meet any one of the following:

• • Attained a minimum mean grade of C+ at K.C.S.E and C plain in Mathematics, and C plain in any two of the following subjects: Biology/Chemistry/Physics

Meet any one of the following:

• • Attained a minimum mean grade of C+ at K.C.S.E and C+ in Mathematics, C plain in Physics and C plain in English/Kiswahili
• • Attained a mean grade of C plain at KCSE and hold Diploma in Applied Sciences or Education with Mathematics as a major subject, with at least a credit pass in relevant subjects from an institution recognized by the University Senate
• • Holder of a Bachelor's degree with Mathematics background

Meet any one of the following:

• • Attained a minimum mean grade of C+ at K.C.S.E and a C+ in Mathematics
• • Candidates with a mean grade C plain at KCSE and holders of Diploma in Applied Sciences or Education with Mathematics as a major subject, with at least a credit pass in relevant subjects from an Institution recognized by the University Senate
• • Holder of a Bachelor's degree with Mathematics background

Meet any one of the following:

• • Attained a minimum mean grade of C+ at K.C.S.E and C+ in Mathematics, C+ in Physics and C plain in English/Kiswahili
• • Holders of a relevant diploma (e.g., computer science, information science) recognized by the University Senate and have attained a distinction or credit with at least 2 years of field or research experience

Meet any one of the following:

• • Attained a minimum mean grade of C+ at K.C.S.E and C Plain in Mathematics
• • Holders of a relevant Diploma in Information Science/Technology

Meet any one of the following:

• • Holder of a relevant Master's degree of Garissa University or equivalent from a recognized University
• • Applicant must show the ability to undertake academic research by having written a thesis/dissertation/project at Masters level

• • Holder of a Bachelor's degree in B.Sc. in Environmental Science, Earth Science, BA in Geography, B.Sc. in Geography and Natural Resources Management, B.Sc. in Climate Change and Development, BA in Urban and Regional Planning, BA in Development Studies, B.Ed or other relevant disciplines with upper second-class honours from a recognized University
• • Holder of a Bachelor's degree (lower second-class honours) and Postgraduate Diploma of GaU or any other recognized University, or evidence of extensive research experience as demonstrated by publications in peer reviewed journals or at least two (2) years of working experience
